Personally-identifiable information relates to an individual consumer - for example, name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. You may provide personally-identifiable information, for example, by registering on our site or by entering a promotion. We don’t require you to register or provide personally-identifiable information to view our site or access much of its content, such as our Swaddlesport Wear Instructions.
Shipping
All orders will be shipped in 1-3 business days. All domestic shipping is done with the U.S. Postal Service.
International Customers
Free Shipping” offers made by Swaddlesport, LLC. do not apply to any international shipping. Swaddlesport, LLC will ship UPS or DHL for any international shipping. You may have to pay taxes, duties and/or fees. Swaddlesport, LLC. is also not responsible for lost international packages. If you refuse an international package and we receive it back from the courier, you will be billed for any return shipping charges incurred.
Exchanges
Exchanging a Swaddlesport is easy. Exchanges must be in NEW condition with all original packaging and wear instructions. The exchange must be received by Swaddlesport within 30 days of the original ship date. Please contact customerservice@swaddlesport.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and simply mail in the sling with your RA number written on the back of a copy of your original order confirmation (e-mail) and we will send you a new size/pattern as soon as we receive your exchange.
Returns
Please consider an exchange for sizing concerns before you give up and return the sling. Most of our customers are happy with one size up or down if they are not happy with their original size. No returns will be accepted on sale items; exchanges only.
Returned slings must be in NEW condition with all original packaging and wear instructions. Returns must be received by Swaddlesport within 45 days of the original ship date. Original shipping will not be refunded. Please contact customerservice@swaddlesport.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and then mail in the sling with your RA number written on the back of a copy of your original order confirmation (e-mail). Your return will be processed as quickly as possible.
